The idea of starting a business like this stemed from my upbringing and the people that I am surrounded with, often its my parents that need some assistance with various things, either its the phone thats caught up on ads, emails that have piled up to the point of no return or the wifi or connection disappearing, I could go on and on about these things and how they can really complicate one's life as its often these technology devices that we depend on to get things done, to work, to communicate and if they not running seamlessly one can really feel out of touch especially if you don't know what to do and thats essentially where the idea came in, I wondered to myself who else may be experiencing similar issues and knowing that I can avail myself to be of assistance to them propmpted me to start with this business.... so please do reach out to us as we would like to make things easier for you....
